Return policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging or be returned with the label still attached to the piece in the case of an item of clothing or an accessory. You must also show us a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Items not eligible for returns:

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids. Please read the description of each product carefully to identify, if applicable, exemption from the regular returns policy.

Other non-returnable products:
* Reusable protective masks 
* Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial credit could be granted to you, for example:
* Items with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition or that has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.


Shipping the returned product

To return a product, you must send it by post to the address provided by the CanTeam by email

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace an item only for one of a different dimension, at a price less than or equal to the original item. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item but of a different size, send us an email through our Contact form and we will guide you with how to make the exchange.

In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning the original item, while CanEmpire will bear the shipping charges for sending the new replacement item. 


Refunds (if applicable):

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a reasonable delay.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us, it will be our pleasure to assist you with your request.
