Shipping policy

Shipping:

Transport costs are established according to rules which consider the volume, mass, number of items and/or the amount of the order.

Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when paying for their order. Shipping is normally done within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. 

We generally ship Monday to Friday with Canada Post except on statutory holidays (Canada). Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products.

Verification and authorization of the payment method must be accepted before the order is processed.

Delivery :

CanEmpire disclaims all liability in the event of an extended delay in receipt of the order due to an error on the part of the third party making the delivery. The delivery time displayed at the payment stage is calculated automatically by Canada Post.

Once your order has been shipped by CanEmpire, any questions regarding delivery (tracking, timing, etc.) should be sent to the carrier in charge. 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 80$ CAD (excluding taxes) anywhere in the world. 

Tracking your order :

As your order ships, you will receive an email from us at the email address you entered when ordering, confirming that the order has left our offices. We also send you the tracking number to allow you to track your order.
